Really good Service and Great Location

Norman, the doorman, provided really good help when my car needed a jump start. The front desk staff also assisted me promptly when I needed a second jump. Darin gave clear directions to my restaurant and ensured my safe return. The location is across from the Prudential Center and the Green E Line. This provides easy access to the city.
The curtains in my room had some noticeable stains.

Lucie restaurant offered a very comfortable atmosphere and the food was excellent. There are many food options a short distance from the hotel including Eataly in the Prudential Center.

The hotel added a coffee and snack room that was clean and well stocked. It was easy to use. The rooftop pool includes a great bar and food service. This provides relaxation with city views.

The room had excellent amenities. It featured a coffee maker. I found the provided coffee to be quite good. The rooftop pool was a highlight. The views were lovely. The location allowed easy access to nearby shopping and dining areas.
The parking fee was quite expensive. I paid $75 per day. It certainly added a considerable cost to my stay.

The hotel's location is central and very convenient. Fenway Park and various Ivy League colleges are nearby, providing numerous options for exploration. I also took enjoyable strolls along the Charles River.
